Dale was born in Corsicana, Texas.  After graduation from NLU, he joined Pine Grove Church.  Shortly after joining, he was elected a deacon and then served as Associate Pastor to Mickey Humphrey for 14 years. Dale assumed the role of Senior Pastor in August 1996.  Dale and his wife, Lydia, have been married for 30 years and have three children, Jared, Whitney and Mollie.

James was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana.  He graduated from LSU Baton Rouge in 1979.  He and his wife, Annie, have been married for 25 years and have four boys.  James has served at Pine Grove for over 20 years.

Jared was born in Monroe and graduated from ULM.  He's been a member of Pine Grove Church all his life and stepped into the role of Worship Leader several years ago.  

A native of West Monroe, Kelly graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a degree in elementary education.  Her husband, Bobby, works at a local radio station, and they have three children, Elizabeth, Ryan and Luke.

Melanie was born in Monroe.  She and her husband, Randy, a pharmaceutical rep, have been married for 31 years.  They have four children, Lindsey, Austin, Carlie and Maggie, and have been members of Pine Grove for 25 years.  Melanie has been the Nursery Director for about 6 years.

Judy and her husband, Steve have lived in Monroe since 1984 and have been members of Pine Grove since 1989.  Judy has been involved in sacred dance for over 20 years.  She and Steve have three children, Daniel, Holly and Megan.
